As we have our roots in the renowned customer service of RJ Gile Office Supply, WSG has gone to great lengths to ensure the availability of all key staff members with the goal of always being there when you need us. We have multiple lines of communication which are always open, phone, e-mail, instant message, text messaging, emergency after-hours paging, or straight through the web at WSG.net.
Our main phone number is answered by a human being from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. All staff members have direct lines and carry mobile phones. Key staff will make themselves available over instant messenger if desired as well. Our inbound and outbound email is managed through the WSG Helpdesk, a web-based e-mail ticketing system. Helpdesk allows us to track our e-mail communication, ensuring constant, reliable communication, and also has an interface where clients can login and review open and closed tickets.
What began as a typewriter repair shop in Troy, NY grew into the Capital Region's largest locally-owned distributor of office supplies and furniture, and in turn spawned WSG and GileToys.com. Happy customers in Albany, NY's Capital Region and across the nation have enjoyed the benefits of Gile's service-focused business model for over thirty years.
Your call to the Gile offices will be happily answered by Rosie Hoosier, not an impersonal automated system. Rosie has logged over 19 years of service with the company. Rest assured she knows how to help you. She'll plug you into a well-constructed process of making promises to customers and then delivering, literally.

By combining the technical expertise of Michael Gile and the business experience of his father Richard, mother Olga, and brother James, WSG has continually expanded its offerings in the area of web design and development, network support and IT consulting.
GileToys.com, launched in 2005, specializes in the sale and promotion of educational toys, games and activity supplies which emphasize skill-building and cognitive development in children of all ages -- in the classroom and at home.
